Had a meeting recently with a customer at spaces. Service was ok, cleanliness too, but the signage at multiple places in the premises leaves room for improvement.. should I tell them or is that none of my buissness? 😄

One of the best coworking spaces I have worked at. Aleksandra and Sam are doing an outstanding job running the place and building a community.

From 5 stars to 0 stars. Unfortunately 0 is not possible, in this case 1 star. Where should I start... all of the staff that was there back then is no longer there. The desk I rented has now been moved somewhere else for the second time in the 2-year contract period. The first time I saw it as an upgrade, from the 15th to the 21st floor and a lot more space. Now for the second time, at the beginning of June 2024, as a maximum downgrade. Back to the 15th in a NOT closed room, as it always was before. We are now sitting in the previous co-working space, which was previously considered a quiet room and is accessible to all members in the Spaces. So we were basically downgraded from dedicated desk to co worker, at the same price. Anyone can now come to our desk and theoretically take everything with them or simply work there, even though they don't pay for a dedicated desk. This is just extremely cheeky and impudent. Only because they couldn't fill the 21st floor and closed it.

Hace casi un año que tengo problemas con mis facturas. Son erróneas, más altas de lo que pagué originalmente. Luego me dicen que, según las normas de la casa, el contrato estipula un ajuste de la prima del 3,5% y que por eso son más altas. Esto ni siquiera se mencionó en el momento del cierre. Me dijeron que mi contrato es a 24 meses. One de las razones por las que cogí el plazo más largo fue para asegurarme el precio en ese momento. Sea como fuere, al final no me fijé bien, error mío. Es sólo un 3,5% anual, así que no es el mundo. Pero para mí se trata de COMUNICACIÓN con los clientes. ¿Por qué no hay información sobre este ajuste, sino que simplemente hay un importe mayor en la factura? ¿Y por qué ha tenido que pasar un año para que alguien me lo explique? En general, la mayoría de las personas con las que hablé en el servicio de asistencia sólo hablaban un alemán chapurreado y daba la sensación de que no tenían ni idea de lo que estaban haciendo. Así que comunicación con los clientes, transparencia y servicio: No podría ser peor.

Spaces in Tower ONE is by far the best coworking space I have ever visited. I have been working in coworking spaces for over 2 years now. I've been to coworkings all over the world, from New York and Dubai to Munich, Paris, Milan, Berlin and so on. I really have to say that Spaces Tower One is the overall

Es nuevo, está en un edificio alto, tiene una mega terraza, el mobiliario es de gran calidad y está a la moda. La ubicación y la infraestructura del lugar no podrían ser mejores. Distrito ferial, justo al lado de un centro comercial, varias opciones para comer, metro, aeropuerto a 15 minutos. Y lo mejor: Hay un hotel en el mismo rascacielos y en la planta más alta, la azotea, está el NFT Skybar, ¡el bar más alto de Alemania y uno de los bares más altos y exclusivos de Europa!

Por supuesto, aquí tampoco todo es perfecto: la inauguración se retrasó unos meses, al principio no había muchos muebles y estaba sin terminar. Ahora está terminado y, como puedes ver en las fotos, tiene muy buena pinta 😍.

El WiFi es rápido, pero podría serlo más, por desgracia sólo se instalaron routers con WiFi 5 (ac) y no routers modernos WiFi 6 o incluso WiFi 6E. Pero eso es quejarse a un alto nivel, y siempre tienes al menos 200 Mbit/s en tu dispositivo en todas partes.

El ambiente es familiar, se celebran eventos geniales y el equipo local, Aleks y Sam, son superayudantes y siempre se esfuerzan al máximo.

This office space is all you can wish for. Stunning view with skyline feeling in the heart of Frankfurt, beautifully decorated and bright open workspace where you can get quiet work done AND connect with highly ambitious community peers. The place is fantastically managed by two true community builders Aleks and Sam who ALWAYS go the extra mile not only for community members but also their guests. I have visited other Spaces locations in multiple cities in Germany but the experience in this one is truly spectacular. Highly recommended!
